| The maximum residential broadband services today are up to 30Mbps, although majority of broadband users in Singapore are on broadband services of less than 5 Mbps. Therefore, this new 80Mbps service is many times the current service speeds used by customers. | |||||||||||||||||||||

| Signup for the trial is from 22 July 2006 to 31 August 2006. However the trial will end on the same day: 31 Jan 2007 irrespective of when the trialists start the trial. | |||||||||||||||||||||

| 9. | What are the technologies involved? | ||||||||||||||||||||
| There are two ultra broadband technologies involved, FTTH (Fibre to the Home) and Metro Ethernet. Leonie Hill Residences trialists will be trialing FTTH and Gardens@Bishan trialists will be trialing Metro Ethernet. |

| 10. | How much do I pay for the service? | ||||||||||||||||||||
| The registration and subscription fees for the trial and equipment for the period of the trial is FREE. Only usage charges for Video Call on Broadband after the 30 minutes/month free usage is chargeable. | |||||||||||||||||||||
| 11. | Will I be charged for the service after the trial period? | ||||||||||||||||||||
| We will make offers to the trialist before the trial ends. The trialists can choose to opt-in for the service after the trial period. Only after they opt-in are they charged for the service. | |||||||||||||||||||||

| 13. | What is meant by “the free value added services are Free up to 6 months”? | ||||||||||||||||||||
As the last signup date of the trial will be 31 August 2006 and the trial will end on 31 January 2007, depending on when you sign up for the service, your free VASes will start from the time when you subscribe to the service. For e.g.: if you subscribe for the service in August 06, your free trial and free VASes will be from August 2006 to end January 2007. |

| No, this is a Free trial in addition to any existing broadband service you are subscribed to. However, your existing SingNet BroadBand service will be temporarily suspended and you would not need to pay for your existing SingNet BroadBand charges during the trial period. Your current Value Added Services such as Email Virus Scan, Anti-Spam and others will continue to be available on your 80Mbps service trial. | |||||||||||||||||||||
