If a 10 Base-T card is used, you will be limited to a maximum speed of 10Mbps due to your 10 Base-T network card. Hence, we recommend the use of a 10/100 Base-T Ethernet Network Interface Card to enjoy the high speed access for the service. For wireless networking , 802.11g is recommended. For customers who use USB wireless adapter, the minimum version recommended is USB 2.0 interface and IEEE 802.11g. SingTel Broadband may not support VPN (Virtual Private Network) applications except the following: Cisco VPN Client, Netscreen, Checkpoint and SafeNet. SingTel BroadBand does not support Windows NT, Linux and any non English Operating System. You may need the original Operating System CDs during installation. Promotional Terms and Conditions 1.  This Trial Service is only applicable to residents and tenants in Leonie Hills Residence and Gardens@Bishan, on the mainland of Singapore. 2.  Trial period is from 22 July 2006 to 31 January 2007. 3.  Customer will receive free up to 80Mbps BroadBand access during the Trial Period. 4.  Customer shall not be charged any subscription and registration fees. 5.  An additional service fee of $52.50 will be levied if the customer is not available for the installation appointment or does not meet the minimum system requirements. 6.  Each unit can apply for one access only under one NRIC number/ foreign passport. 7.  There is strictly no transfer of accounts. 8.  Customers are required to assist in their feedback through surveys conducted during and after the 6 months trial. 9.  Customer will also receive free selected SingNet BroadBand and SingTel Value Added Services during the Trial Period. 10.  Passwords given to each Customer are the sole responsibility of the subscribers.
