General Q1: Can I make local calls using Hello!™Card? No. Hello!™Card is meant only for making outgoing calls from Singapore to 21 popular destinations.
Q2: What are the denominations available? Physical Hello!™Card from retail outlets comes in S$10 and S$20 prepaid talktime (value). S$10, S$20, S$50 and S$100 prepaid talktime (value) are available from DBS/POSB ATMs or AXS stations. Value of talktime is indicated as 'Amount' in the ATM or AXS transaction receipt.
Q3: How many types of voice prompts does Hello!™Card support? Hello!™Card provides 10 language options for you to select from: Bengali, Hindi, China, Tamil, Behasa Indonesia, Thai, Myanmese, Tagalog, Sinhalese, and English.
Q4: Do I need to register or subscribe before I use Hello!™Card? No, subscription is not needed. However, registration of Hello!™ Card number on your fixed or mobile line is available and strongly encouraged as it helps you in easy dialing for subsequent calls.
Features Q5: What are the additional features available in Hello!™Card? Users are able to do registration of their telephone number using Hello!™ Cards for all physical Hello!™ Cards with denominations of $10 and $20; and virtual Hello!™ Cards with denominations of $10, $20, $50, and $100. Re-dial of last successful dialed number is also applicable.
Q6: What happens when card has expired and/or have zero value? The system will automatically de-link customer’s registration when the Hello!™ Card has expired or has $0 balance. Customer may purchase a new Hello!™ Card and do a registration to this new Hello!™ Card.
Q7: How many chances does a user have to register his/her telephone number? Only one (1) time registration is allowed. Registration is only applicable to first-use of card.
Q8: Do I need to key in my card number again after registration? No. There is no need to key in your card number again after you have registered.
Q9: Do I need to hear the whole prompt before I make my selection? No, you don’t need to. You can interrupt at any time during the voice prompts by entering your desired selection.
Q10: How to buy a Hello!™Card from DBS/POSB ATMs? Steps to purchase Hello!™Card using your ATM card from DBS/POSB ATM: 1. Insert your DBS/POSB ATM card in the ATM card slot 2. Key in PIN 3. Select • "CASH CARD & MORE SERVICES" • "LOAN APPLN & MORE SERVICES" • "PURCHASE/TOP-UP CARD" • "SINGTEL SERVICES" • "PURCHASE HELLO CARD" 4. Follow the screen flow to continue and make sure you collect your paper receipt of this Hello!™Card.

Rates & Promotions Q12: Is there any service surcharge or connection charge? There is no service surcharge. However, a S$0.30 or $0.50 per call connection charge is applicable to calls made using Hello!™ Card to some countries. If call is initiated from SingTel payphone, additional payphone access charge of $0.06 per minute applies. Please note if Hello! Card call is initiated from mobile phone, airtime charges may imposed by mobile operator.
Q13: How does charging blocks work? Charging blocks are either based on per min or initial block of 1min, followed by subsequent blocks of 2 minutes.
Q14: Is there any special offer on Hello!™ Cards purchased from ATMs and AXS stations? Yes. You can enjoy up to 15% guaranteed extra talktime when you purchased Hello!™ Card from DBS/POSB ATMs or AXS stations. Extra talktime varies with the denominations of Hello!™ Card as indicated here:
