Q5 | How do I apply for IDD 001 service? |
A5 | You need to fill up an application form. Please click here for a copy of the application form. The form is also available at SingTel hello! store. You can apply on-line, mail or fax the form to us. |
Q6 | Do I need to pay any registration fees or monthly subscription? |
A6 | No. Application for the service is free-of-charge and there is no subscription fee for the service. |
Q7 | How long does it take to activate SingTel IDD service? |
| A7 | Within the next working day upon receipt of the application form. All applications are subject to SingTel's approval. |
Q8 | How will I be charged if I use SingTel international call services on my Starhub/M1 line? |
A8 | SingTel will bill you for the usage of SingTel international call services. |
Q9 | How can I be assured that I will be billed accurately for all IDD calls made? |
A9 | Your monthly bill will list out all the overseas calls you have made within the billing cycle. Detailed information captured includes date and time of call, the overseas number you have called, the call duration of each call and cost incurred for that call. For billing enquiries, you can call 1688. |
