If you’ll like to have SingTel IDD facility activated on your Residential telephone or Personal mobile lines, you can apply for the service through any of the following methods:

To apply via telephone call:

If you are applying on your SingTel fixed line, call 1609.

If you are applying on your SingTel mobile line, call 1626.

If you are applying on your StarHub or M1 line, call 104.
