PhoneCard Expiry Date

Q1: My PhoneCard has expired, can I still use it to make a phone call?

Please be informed that SingTel PhoneCards with printed expiry date will expire on last day of the month of expiry date printed on back of the card.

Q2: I still have remaining value in my expired PhoneCard, can I exchange for a new ones?

No, any remaining value will not be refunded/exchange.  Kindly be reminded to use before expiry date.

Q3: Can I have a refund for my expired PhoneCard?

We are unable to refund you for the expired PhoneCard. The Terms and Conditions are clearly stated in our website:

Extract: 5.1 "SingTel shall not in any circumstances be required to make any cash refund of the stored value of any PhoneCards.
 

v019 Access from SingTel Payphone

Q4: Can I use v019 to call other countries outside the 10 countries from SingTel Payphones?

v019 on Payphones is only open to the 10 countries. For other countries, you may wish to use IDD 001.

Q5: Can I use v019 from all SingTel Payphones?

v019 on Payphones is only available from 3 models of SingTel Payphones. These 3 models of payphones are the most commonly found ones islandwide (to view the 3 models of payphones, please refer to "What's New").

Q6: Is v019 access limited to certain designs of SingTel PhoneCard?

No, v019 access is limited by the models of Payphones, and not limited to any particular designs of SingTel PhoneCards. Hence, as long as the Payphone instrument model you are using is one of the 3 mentioned models in (Q5), you can use the various accepted modes of payments to access v019.

Q7: How can I access the special new promotional rates advertised?

You may access the new special rates by using any of the three payphone models shown below when dialling using SingTel PhoneCards or coins. These three models allow you to enjoy greater savings when dialling to China, Indonesia, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Thailand and even Vietnam!

     
Q8: What is the dialling procedure?

The dialling procedure is the same as how you dial from any fixed line.




Q9: Is there any access fee for v019 call on SingTel Payphone?

Yes, there will be an access fee of S$0.30 per call and S$0.10 per call for International calls and Malaysia calls respectively (same as existing IDD 001 and STD 020).
