The SingTel Phonecard (Chip-based) is a prepaid calling card, which
allows you to make local and international calls from SingTel
Payphones.
SingTel Phonecards are available in denominations of S$5 and S$10.
Simply look out for the 'parrot' mark payphones to use these
phonecards.
Available at Hello! Stores, SingPost branches, Cheers Stores, 7-Eleven
stores, AMEX Counters at Changi Airport and neighbourhood retail
outlets.

Payphone Charges
Call Conncetion Charge of S$0.10 applies to calls terminating in Malaysia.
Call Connection Charge of S$0.30 applies to all other overseas terminating calls.
Calls are charged in blocks of S$0.20 and S$0.10 for International calls and Malaysia calls respectively.
Local calls are charged at S$0.10 per 2 minutes.
Calls made using credit cards are charged at minimum of S$1. Actual call charges will be reflected in your credit card statement.
