Steps to purchase WorldCard™ using your ATM card:
from DBS/POSB ATM
1. Insert your DBS/POSB ATM card in the ATM card slot
2. Key in PIN
3. Select - "CASH CARD & MORE SERVICES"
- "LOAN APPLN & MORE SERVICES"
- "PURCHASE/TOP-UP CARD"
- "SINGTEL SERVICES"
- "PURCHASE WORLDCARD"
4. Follow the screen flow to continue.
from OCBC ATM 1. Insert your OCBC ATM card in the ATM card slot 2. Key in PIN 3. Select - "OTHER SERVICES"
- "SINGTEL SERVICES"
- "WORLDCARD PURCHASE "
4. Follow the screen flow to continue. from AXS station:
1. Select Service > SingTel Prepaid International Calling Cards
2. Select the Prepaid Card (WorldCard™ or Hello!™ Card) to purchase
3. Select the required denomination
4. Enter your NRIC/FIN or contact number
5. Check details of purchase and select Payment Mode of ‘NETS’
6. Collect your receipt dispensed from the AXS station
Note: A transaction receipt with the card number will be dispensed.
