Terms and Conditions

| 1. | SingNet BroadBand service is valid for a single user who applies with a residential line on a single PC with a single log-in only, & not for any network environment.

| 2. | All new subscription rates including Student Plan are applicable for the duration of the contractual period. Thereafter, subscription rates will automatically revert to prevailing rates.
|
| 3. | For change of plans, users will be charged for the prevailing rates for the plans they are changing to. There will be no change of plans within the first 6 months of subscription for this promotion.

| 4. | All prices subject to change.
|
| 5. | If the telephone line is not registered under the applicant’s name, the applicant must obtain approval from the registered telephone subscriber for use of the SingNet BroadBand service.

| 6. | SingNet BroadBand plans are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SingNet does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted and/or error-free.

| 7. | SingNet BroadBand’s 56K dial-up feature offers unlimited access but is non toll-free.
|
| 8. | There is a minimum subscription period (of 12 months or so as stated in the SingNet BroadBand promotion). Should a subscriber choose to terminate the service within the minimum subscription period, a penalty may be imposed.

| 9. | These Terms and Conditions are subject to amendment by SingNet as and when necessary, notice whereof may be given to customer in such manner as SingNet deems proper.

| 10. | The terms & conditions herein are applicable in addition to the terms & conditions under SingNet and SingTel Terms & Conditions.
|
| 11. | The Customer agrees that SingTel shall be entitled to use or disclose any information or data disclosed by the Customer in accordance with Clause 15 of the General Terms and Conditions in the current edition of the Singapore Phone Book and in the SingTel website at www.singtel.com . The Customer is entitled to withdraw such consent in the procedure as prescribed by SingTel from time to time.

| 12. | Certain security alarm systems linked to the residential line may conflict with the provisioning of the SingNet Broadband service. In such cases, the Customer is liable to all costs and cancellation charges incurred in the event that the application for the service is anulled due to the aforementioned complications.
