| 1. | What is access fee? |
| | Access fee is what you need to pay for any Internet usage beyond the allotted free hours. Currently the access fee charged by SingNet and other ISPs is 5.35 cents per minute.

SingNet Toll-free Charges |
| 1. | What is Toll? |
| | Toll is the fee that you need to pay whenever an outgoing call (voice or internet) is made on your fixed line. Currently the charges are as follow:
Peak period (Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm) | 1.50 cents per minute | Off-peak period (Monday - Friday, 6pm - 8am and Saturday, Sunday and public holiday) | 0.75 cents per minute |

| 2. | Where can I view my toll charges? |
| | Toll charges are reflected in your monthly SingTel bills. However, the toll charges related to Internet access will only be reflected in a detailed bill (there will be a charge of $5.35 per page for detailed bill and a one-time charge of $21.40 for registration fee). You may wish to note that the toll for Internet access will be charged against the fixed line you used for the Internet access.

| 3. | What if I dial into SingNet from my friend’s home telephone line? |
| | The toll charges will be charged to your friend’s home telephone line. It is as if you are using your friend’s phone line to make calls. For example, if user A uses his SingNet account on User B’s telephone line, user B will be charged for the toll.

| | After 31 January 2003, the toll charges are applicable whenever you dial into SingNet.

| | No, you will not be affected as you are already paying toll.

| | No, you do not need to change the dial-in number.

| 7. | Will FOL (Family On Line) subscribers be required to pay toll after 31 January 2003? |
| Yes, the toll charges will be applicable to all dial-up subscribers with effect from 1 February 2003.

| | No, SingNet Broadband customers are not affected since toll is currently chargeable with the complimentary unlimited access.
