Features/User Guide 1) Identifies spam based on industry-accepted rules and filters.
2) A 2MB Mass Mail folder would be allocated for every Anti-Spam subscriber in his/her My Communicator webmail. 
3) No software installation is required on the subscriber's PC. All identified spam is filtered off to the subscriber's Mass Mail folder automatically by our spam-filtering engine before it reaches the Inbox.
4) Incoming spam is deposited in the Mass Mail folder on a first-in-first-out (FIFO) basis, up to the 2MB quota.
5) The user can easily access his Mass Mail Folder to quickly review and delete the quarantined spam. It is strongly recommended that users login regularly to My Communicator to clear their Mass Mail Folder.
6) The Forward-to-self feature allows the user to forward any mail that he deems as a legitimate email back to his Inbox.
7) If the "Clear Mass Mails" option is enabled via the Preferences page in My Communicator, any identified spam email in the Mass Mail folder would be automatically deleted 7 days after it is received. 
8) Spam filtering is transparent to the subscriber when using a normal POP email client such as Microsoft Outlook.
