Terms & Conditions for Email Virus Scan

1. SingNet is not liable to the customer or any other person whomsoever for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential (including loss of data, delays, non-deliveries, mis-deliveries or service interruptions), that may result from the use of the Email Virus Scan service or from computer viruses that the customer might receive in any way.

2 . This service is provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind.  All warranties, whether express or implied, are disclaimed and excluded, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and infringement.  The service is delivered through a licensing agreement with Sophos where Sophos will provide SingNet with the most updated virus definition available.  The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the service is with the customer.

3 . Encrypted emails and emails forwarded from a SingNet email account with email forwarding feature turned-on are not scanned by this service.
