The table below shows the three Xtension Levels and their corresponding Xtension Bonuses.

SingNet LoyaltyReward is implemented on 1st September 1998. Each of the existing subscribers who have been with SingNet for more than 6 months is assigned an Xtension Level. Subscribers can refer to the two scenarios below to have a better understanding of their status.
Scenerio 1: Subscribers join SingNet on the 1st of any month
E.g: If subscribers join SingNet on 1st Jul97, they will reach Silver Level on 1st Jan98, after completing 6 months. They will then reach Gold Level on 1st Jul98 after staying with SingNet for more than 12 months. To reach Platinum Level on 1st Jul99, subscribers need to stay with SingNet for more than 24 months consecutively.
Scenerio 2: Subscribers join SingNet between 2nd and 30th/31st of any month
E.g: If subscribers join SingNet on 24th Jul97, they will reach Silver Level on 1st Feb98 instead of 24th Jan98 as SingNet allocates free hours at the start of every calendar month. Subscribers will reach Gold Level on 1st Aug98 after completing 12 months with SingNet. Subscribers will attain the highest possible bonus for their respective plans after staying with SingNet for more than 24 months consecutively, in this case, subscribers will reach Platinum Level on 1st Aug99.
# Promotion Period
Subscribers who are on promotional plans are NOW ENTITLED TO THE BONUS EVEN IF THEIR PROMOTIONS HAVE NOT ENDED! Eg. If a subscriber joins SingNet on 24th Jul97 and he is on a "12 Month Free" promotion, he will be in the Silver Level with the extra 10% more free usage hours on 1st Feb 98! This means that his Xtension Bonus are awarded even when he does not need to pay for the Internet access subscription! No sweat! SingNet simply rewards better!
