With SingTel’s My Album you can store and share not only photos but also videos, music and MMS all in one place. These servers have built in redundancy so that should one server fail; a backup server will take over seamlessly. What kind of data can I store? You can store any form of digital data such as work documents, digital photos, music files and videos. You can check your Album usage via the online portal page. Go to MyAccounts -> My Album. All usage will be billed monthly via your SingTel phone bill. back to top 2. Yes, you can create certain folders to share with friends and family. Folders that are private will not be shared. The service allows you to invite your friends and family to view your photos or share your data by sending them an email with a URL link. 1. What must I do before I can upload using MMS? MMS Upload is provided to all customers who sign up for My Album. Customer needs to register their SingTel Mobile postpaid mobile number before they can upload via MMS. The registration process is (a) At My Album Photo/Videos page, register the required mobile number (b) An SMS will be send to the designated mobile number with an authorisation code (c) Customer need to enter the authorisation code via the web page to complete the registration process. back to top 2. After registration, how do I upload MMS to MyAlbum? You just need to take a photo, capture a video or record an audio and send it as an MMS to MyAlbum (6925286). back to top 3. How do I view the MMS video that I had upload via the web? If your phone support and upload 3gpp video format, you can use Quick time or any application that can view 3gpp to view the video clip. back to top 4. Can I register a StarHub or M1 mobile number? Mobile Charges
1. When I use the mobile phone to upload MMS, will I be charged for the MMS uploaded? The normal MMS charges applies. However for the launch promotion from 18 Nov -28 Feb 06, the MMS charges are waived. back to top 2. How will I be charged when I send an MMS from My Album – Photos/Videos application to a mobile phone? For 1G plan, subscribers will be given 20 MMS and for 100 Mb plan, subscribers will be given 10 free MMS. However for the launch promotion from 18 Nov-28 Feb 06, the MMS charges are waived for sending of MMS from My Album to a mobile phone. back to top 3. If I am roaming overseas, can I still upload MMS to My Album? Yes. You can still upload MMS to My Album as long as you are sending from a country operator who is a SingTel GPRS roaming partner. You must also have GPRS roaming features enabled with SingTel Mobile.
