| A. | Yes, from the web page, you can change your email account passwords. Please do this on a regular basis. |

| Q. | Can I keep the supplementary email accounts if I terminate the principal BroadBand account? |
| A. | No. The supplementary accounts are linked to the principal account holder. If the principal account is terminated, all supplementary accounts are automatically terminated. |

| A. | Only the principal account holder may terminate the supplementary email accounts. |

| Q. | What is the email space allocated for each supplementary email? |
| A. | 20MB. |

| Q. | If I am currently a SingNet FOL user and I upgrade to SingNet BroadBand, can I subscribe to the filtering service and supplementary email & retain my userid? |
| A. | Yes. Once you sign up for SingNet BroadBand, you can subscribe to filtering service and supplementary email VAS. Kindly inform the officer serving you that you are upgrading from a SingNet FOL plan and you would like to retain your supplementary email userid. We will accede to your request. Your password will be retained as well. |

| Q. | If I sign up for both Filtering Service and Supplementary Email(s) at the same time, do I have to pay registration fee of $10.70 for each service? |
| A. | No. If you sign up for SingNet BroadBand's Filtering Service and Supplementary Email value-added services at the same time, you only need to pay the registration fee once. Also, if you sign up for SingNet BroadBand access service together with the value-added service, you only need to pay for the access service registration fee of $42.80
