SingNet TIMEBANK allows the user to save his unused free hours to be carried forward to the next month for consumption.

1.	SingNet's TIMEBANK applies to the following packages where free usage is entitled, i.e - All ISDN Personal Plans (both 64k and 128k) - All Personal, Business, Student Dial-up Access Plans - All SingNet BroadBand Consumer Time-based and Volume-based* Plans.
2.	Special Circumstances Users who change their plan or userid will still enioy the SingNet's TIMEBANK benefit to have the unused hours from the previous plan/userid carried over to the new plan/userid. * Volume-based Plans will get the unused volume carried forward to the next month.
