Upon specifying a preferred usage level, e.g. 10 hours, at the webpage you will be alerted via e-mail once the usage exceeds the preset level . This service is designed to help you to monitor your usage time and allow you to control your online logon time. Parents who are concerned with their children's excessive time on the Internet would find this service useful.
Intruder Alert Service
This service is designed to protect you from misuse of your account by someone else. Through your personal specifications with definition of a list of phone numbers from which you normally login to your dial-up account, you will receive an email the following day on the unauthorised user's phone number.
SingNet BroadBand users can also use this utility to monitor if anyone misused the account via a 56kbps analog modem. (Not applicable if using ADSL modem)
