| Fanzone is a new service for SingTel Pinoy mobile customers. With Fanzone, subscribers are able to text their favourite celebrities. They will also be able to receive SMS from the celebrities.

| When you key *115  , you will receive an interactive SMS menu. You can reply ‘1’
to register and choose from a list of 10 celebrities to add to your list. You can register up to 3
celebrities to your nominated list.

| You can stop receiving SMS from a particular celebrity by terminating the celebrity by keying *115 , select option 3.

| You will be charged with $0.11 per SMS sent to your registered celebrities. The charge is inclusive of prevailing GST.

| You will be charged with $0.32 per SMS received from your registered celebrity. The charge is inclusive of prevailing GST.

| There is no limit to the number of SMS that you can send to your registered celebrities daily. For prepaid customers, this will be subjected to the prepaid balance in your prepaid account.

| You may receive up to 3 SMS per celebrity daily. If you have 3 registered celebrities in your list, you may receive up to 9 SMS daily.

| As a postpaid subscriber, you can check the charges on IDEAS website, under 'My Accounts" or your monthly statement. The charges for this service will be shown as a total amount under the transactions 'Billing on behalf'.

| No, there is no minimum balance required for using Fanzone. However, you have to ensure sufficient prepaid balance in your prepaid account for the deduction of SMS sent and SMS received.

| No, you will not be able to initiate *115 when you are roaming.

| You will receive SMS while roaming, provided that the overseas operator's network that you are roaming to supports Mobile Terminating (Incoming) Short Messaging. You will be charged at $0.32 per SMS received. In addition, you may be charged roaming charges depending on the overseas operator.
