2.How does this service work?
 

Simply approach any of the cashiers at our hello! stores and request for inStore Top-Up.
Provide him/her with your mobile number and preferred top-up amount. The cashier will subsequently print out a receipt for you to make payment. Upon payment the cashier will activate the top-up for you online and a confirmation SMS will be sent directly to your mobile phone.

3.How much can I top up per transaction?
 A choice of $10, $15, $25, $50, $75, $100, $150 and $200 is available for inStore Top-Up.

4.Is there any registration fee for this mode of top-up?
 No, this is a free service.

 Upon successful top-up, a confirmation SMS indicating the top-up will be sent to you.

Yes, the physical cards can still be purchased at any of our cashier counters.

 Yes, upon each successful transaction the confirmation SMS will inform you of the new balance and expiry date.

 Yes, you can still choose to top-up using our alternative top-up modes after using this service.

9.I am a SingTel Prepaid Mobile subscriber. Why is my transaction unsuccessful?
 

Some possible reasons for an unsuccessful transaction:

  • It could be an invalid SingTel Prepaid mobile number.
  • Your prepaid line could be inactive or terminated.
  • You have exceeded the maximum prepaid balance for your card.
