| Roaming Virtual Top-up enables hi!Card/hello!Mobile Card customers who roam overseas to send a FREE pre-set SMS to a friend or family member in Singapore, asking him to top up their card on their behalf. [ back to top ]

Example:
If you are sending a Roaming Virtual Top-up SMS to mobile no. 91111111, Dial  The recipient will then receive the following message:
"Hi, I am overseas now & my hi!Card balance is low. Please help me top up $15 to my hi!Card 91234567 by calling 1900-9141488 on your home line. Thank you." Upon successful top-up, you will receive the following message:
"Your balance has been topped up. New balance $X, Expiry date dd/mm/yy. Thank you." [ back to top ]

| You can send a Roaming Virtual Top-up SMS to any SingTel Mobile, SingTel Fixed Line SMS, M1 or StarHub Mobile customer.

| We will send a notification message to inform you that your hi!Card/hello!Mobile Card has not been topped up, within 24 hours after you have sent the Roaming Virtual Top-up SMS.
