Prepaid Mobile Card Services - SingTel Mobile Subscription Line via *1355

SingTel Mobile monthly subscription line subscribers can now top-up balance for SingTel Mobile prepaid (hi!Card/hello! Mobile Card) subscribers by calling *1355, and accessing an easy-to-use interactive menu. They will then be charged through their monthly mobile bills.

Service Information

The service has three basic features:

i.	Service Registration (For first time users only)
ii.	Top-up
iii.	Change Password
iv.	Password Reminder (available under the Change Password feature)

Pre-requisites

Customer must be a SingTel Mobile subscription line subscriber
The SingTel Mobile subscription line subscriber's mobile number cannot be blacklisted.
The SingTel Mobile subscription line must not be a company-registered line. The hi!Card/ hello!Mobile Card account to be topped up must have been activated before. (at least one outgoing call made)

SingTel Mobile hi!Card/ hello!Mobile Card customers can get their prepaid SIM cards topped up by SingTel Mobile subscription line customers anytime, anywhere.

Each top-up value is $15. THis amount will be reflected in your next SingTel Mobile bill. This service is free and you can call in to top up even when there is zero value in your hi!Card / hello!Mobile Card.
