Prepaid Mobile Card Services - SingTel Residential Line via 1900-914-1488

hi!Card/hello!Mobile Card customers can top-up their prepaid SIM cards using their residential lines. The top-up amount will be charged to their monthly SingTel residential line bill.

To prevent unauthorised top-up of hi!Card on your telephone line via 1900-numbers, please apply for special barring of 1900 Audioline. Simply call 1609 for activation. This service is free-of-charge for first-time activation, subsequent re-activation charges apply.

User Guide

To use the service, simply follow these steps:
1.	Dial 1900-9141488.
2.	After the welcome message, press either “1” for English language prompts, or “2” for Mandarin language prompts.
3.	You will be informed of the $15 top-up charge at this point of time. Press “1” to consent, otherwise hang up the phone if you do not wish to continue.
4.	You will be asked to enter the mobile number you wish to top-up.
5.	To confirm, press “1”. To re-enter mobile number, press “2”.
6.	If the transaction is successful, you will be informed of your new balance, as well as the new expiry date of your hi!Card/Prepaid Mobile Card.
