To activate your hi!Card/hello!Mobile Card, you must make the first top-up for a new (zero value) hi!Card/hello!Mobile Card through 9676-7777 (toll-free) with a Top-Up Card. For subsequent top-ups, you may do it through another Top-Up Card or via:
