| There is no offer end date for the price plans but SingTel Mobile reserves the right to withdraw any of the price plans in the market without prior notice. However, the free incoming calls promotion will be valid until 31 December 2008.

| 2. | Change of Plan |
| 2.1 | I am an existing SingTel Mobile customer; can I change my current price plan at any time? Will the service charges be pro-rated? |
| Yes, the current pro-ration policy for change plan applies. If a customer change plan from Plan A to Plan B, the monthly subscription fee, bundled airtime and bundled SMS will be pro-rated based on the number of days the customer is on Plan A and Plan B respectively.

| If you have an existing equipment contract, a downgrade equipment penalty of $262.50 (2 year plan)/$157.50 (1 year plan) will be imposed as stipulated in the original Equipment Undertaking Agreement. The admin fee of $21.00 will be waived till further notice. |

| You will be eligible for equipment upgrade 12 months from your last equipment purchase.

| No, you will enjoy the Free Value Added Services that are bundled with your new price plan instead. However, you can opt to subscribe for additional Value Added Services that are not bundled with the new price plan.

| Promotional Value Added Services are given only for the initial price plan sign-p of a mobile line (according to the respective price plans. For customers who opt to change their price plan thereafter, will not be extended the promotional Value Added Services of neither the former price plan nor new price plan.

| No, should you decide to change price plan, the current promo benefit/s will be forfeited. You will not be able to switch back to the special promo again.
If you have signed an existing Equipment Undertaking Agreement & your new price plan is of a lower value than your current price plan, you will be charged downgrade penalty.

| 3. | Transfer |

| The existing practice applies for transfer cases.

| Existing practice for transfer cases: |
| The transferee (Customer B) follows transferor´s (Customer A) tenure and phone upgrade eligibility.
|
| Example: If Customer B is on iOne Plus, the equipment upgrade eligibility will be 12 months after Customer A´s date of original installation or last equipment upgrade date.

| 4. | Termination |
