To access Roaming Guide while roaming overseas:

Roaming Guide Menu

1.Key  and then press 

2.You will then receive an interactive menu with a list of roaming services available in the visited destination. 

3.Simply reply with your option number.  For example, if you want to know more about GlobalDial 121, please reply with ‘1’.

4.You will then receive the GlobalDial 121 menu with a list of 2 options: 1) Calling Instruction and 2) Supported networks.  Simply reply with the option number and the requested information will be sent to your mobile phone via SMS.
