| SingTel Mobile subscription customers (including Pay-As-U-Roam customers) are charged $0.15 per Safe Arrival SMS sent and hi!Card/Prepaid Mobile Card customers are charged $0.50 per Safe Arrival SMS sent.

| 13. | What is the difference between sending a Safe Arrival SMS and sending a Roaming SMS (send to Singapore while roaming)? |
| - The charge for sending a Safe Arrival SMS is lower as compared to sending a normal SMS.
For example, if you are roaming in Malaysia and wish to send a Safe Arrival SMS to a friend in Singapore, the charge is $0.15 (for SingTel Mobile subscription customers as compared to the Roaming SMS charge at $0.75* (the charge may vary depending on the network that you are logged onto).
- With Safe Arrival SMS, you will be sending a pre-set message to inform your loved ones about your safe arrival instead of composing your own message when sending a normal SMS.
