How does GlobalDial 121 Work?

When you are overseas and wish to call Singapore or any other countries, simply dial *121* , followed by the country code, phone number and the # key.

Step 1	To call Singapore:
	To call other countries except Singapore (e.g.. Italy):
Step 2	Your call will be disconnected and we will initiate a call back to your mobile phone within 10 seconds.
Step 3	Answer your phone, and you will automatically be connected to the party you wish to speak to.

If the party is unavailable, the call will be disconnected after 5 rings and you won't be billed for unsuccessful calls.

To redial your last called number, simply dial:

Step 3	Answer your phone, and you will automatically be connected to the party you wish to speak to.

To re-dial any of your last few called numbers

- Upon successful completion, your phone will display a list of your last few called numbers - Select Answer/Reply/Edit and reply with the serial number of the number you wish to redial. (Please note that different mobile phones may have different descriptions.) Your call will be disconnected and we will initiate a call back to your mobile phone within 10 seconds.
