2. How does it work?
a. Caller dials your mobile phone number
b. Your mobile number is in unreachable mode (Mobile phone is switched off, phone battery is flat or no mobile network coverage in certain remote areas)
c. The caller will hear an IVR prompt, informing him that his calling number will be sent to the recipient. However, caller with Caller-Number-Non-Display will have the option not to send his calling number.
d. A notification message (SMS)* is then sent to you. This notification SMS will be delivered to you as a standard text SMS.
e. Caller's phone number is displayed as SMS on your phone. For example, if the caller's phone number is 12345678, the SMS will display 12345678.
*Calls made from overseas or public pay phones will not be sent.
