Easi-ERP is a truly convenient service designed for SingTel Mobile customers. It bills your ERP cash card violation charges to your mobile bill. What’s more, your ERP administrative fee is reduced from $10 to *$4. So you’ll be saving too! *Subject to GST at prevailing rate.
1. What is Easi-ERP? A new collaboration with LTA, Easi-ERP allows SingTel Mobile customers to register to pay their ERP CashCard violations via their SingTel Mobile bill. With Easi-ERP, customers who forgot to insert their cashcards or had insufficient funds in their cashcards would enjoy the convenience of paying for their ERP CashCard violation(s) through their monthly bill at a reduced administrative charge of *$4.

2. Do I have to register for Easi-ERP? Yes. To register for Easi-ERP , customers can dial *377 (*ERP) and follow the instructions stated in the SMS that will be sent. You will be notified by SMS on the status of your registration on the same working day if the registration is made before 5.00pm. For registration after 5.00pm, the notification is on the next working day.
* There is a one-time processing fee of $1 for each successful registration (subject to 7% GST).

4. I am a SingTel Mobile corporate customer. Can I register for Easi-ERP on my corporate mobile line? Easi-ERP is currently not available to SingTel Mobile corporate customers. Registration for Easi-ERP is only available to personal mobile line and vehicle.
Note: SingTel Mobile customer must be the registered owner (NRIC) of the vehicle.
5. How do I unsubscribe from the service? You can unsubscribe by dialing *377 and then selecting option 3 to Unsubscribe. This will take effect the next working day ie you are not supposed to drive through the next working day.
6. I had requested to terminate my SingTel Mobile service. Must I cancel my Easi-ERP service immediately or can there be any grace period? Easi-ERP would be terminated together with your SingTel Mobile service.
1. During registration, I received a SMS indicating that my registration had been sent to LTA for processing. How do I know if my registration is accepted and how long does it take? Your Easi-ERP registration status would be communicated to you via SMS. A confirmation SMS will be sent to you on the same working day if your registration is made before 5.00pm. For registration made after 5.00pm, the confirmation SMS will be sent to you by the next working day to inform you that your registration is accepted.
2. I own more than 1 vehicle. Can I register all my vehicles for Easi-ERP? Easi-ERP is currently only available for 1 vehicle per SingTel Mobile customer.
Note: SingTel Mobile customer must be the registered owner (NRIC) of the vehicle.
3. My sibling and I share a vehicle. Can we register for Easi-ERP for the same vehicle on our individual SingTel Mobile line? You can only register for Easi-ERP if you are the registered owner (NRIC) of the vehicle.
4. I completed my Easi-ERP registration in the morning. If I have a ERP CashCard violation now, would it be charged to my SingTel Mobile bill? As you have completed your registration in the morning, Easi-ERP would be effective after you receive the confirmation SMS on your successful registration on the same working day. ERP CashCard violation(s) incurred after this confirmation would be charged to your SingTel Mobile bill.
1. If I register for Easi-ERP, how much do I have to pay each month? A one-time processing fee of *$1 is charged to your monthly Singtel Mobile bill upon successful registration for Easi-ERP. There is no monthly subscription charge.
2. I am trying to register for Easi-ERP and I receive a SMS indicating that I had exceeded the session time limit for Easi-ERP. Would I be charged? You would not be charged for incomplete registration. The one-time processing fee of *$1 would only be charged upon successful registration for Easi-ERP.
3. I had previously submitted my registration request for Easi-ERP but I receive a SMS indicating that my registration is unsuccessful. Would I be charged? You would not be charged for unsuccessful registration. The one-time processing fee of *$1 would only be charged upon successful registration for Easi-ERP.
4. I had successfully registered for Easi-ERP. How much would I need to pay if I have a CashCard violation? Easi-ERP customers who had ERP Cashard violation would only need to pay a reduced administrative fee of *$4 in addition to the ERP charge(s) incurred for the day .

5. My SingTel Mobile bill indicated that I had ERP CashCard violations. What number can I call if I need assistance? SingTel Mobile customers can call 1688 for enquiries on their bill. 6. My SingTel Mobile bill indicated that I had ERP CashCard violations. Do I have to make full payment for my SingTel Mobile bill by payment due date? Easi-ERP customers with ERP CashCard violation(s) would need to make full payment of their SingTel Mobile bill by the payment due date. LTA’s existing ERP CashCard violations penalty will apply if your SingTel Mobile bill is not paid in full by the payment due date.

1. I had successfully registered for Easi-ERP but have now sold my vehicle. Will the ERP CashCard violations of the sold vehicle continue to be charged to my SingTel Mobile? ERP CashCard violations incurred after you had registered the ownership transfer of the vehicle with LTA would no longer be charged to your SingTel Mobile bill.
Alternatively, you can dial *377 (*ERP) and select:
Option 2: Change Vehicle No. (if you have purchased a new vehicle) Option 3: Unsubscribe (if you wish to terminate your Easi-ERP registration)
2. If I change my vehicle, will the ERP charges associated with the old vehicle be billed to my STM bill automatically when I pass the gantries without a cashcard? You will not be billed for the old vehicle’s ERP violations as long as you have changed the vehicle ownership via *377.
3. I had successfully registered for Easi-ERP but have changed my vehicle. Will the ERP CashCard violations of the new vehicle be automatically charged to my SingTel Mobile bill? You would need to dial *377 (*ERP) and select

I have inserted my CashCard into my vehicle’s In-vehicle Unit (IU) &/or have sufficient funds in my CashCard but there was no deduction &/or error message when I drive through a ERP gantry that is in operation. What should I do? If you had previously registered for Easi-ERP successfully, the ERP CashCard violation, if any, would still be charged to your SingTel Mobile bill. If you suspect that the CashCard or your vehicle’s IU is faulty, you may wish to contact NETS or any authorized IU Inspection Centre for further assistance.
