| Specific Terms and Conditions for SingTel Mobile Easi-ERP Service |

| 1. | Incorporation by reference |
| | In addition to the General Terms and the Specific Terms and Conditions of SingTel Mobile, which terms and conditions are deemed incorporated by reference, the Customer shall be bound by the following Specific Terms and Conditions. |

| 2. | Definitions and Interpretation |
| 2.1 | In these terms and conditions, the following expressions shall have the following meanings: - |
| | | | | "Customer" means any person who registers for the Service. | | | | "ERP" means Electronic Road Pricing. | | | | | "ERP CashCard Violation(s)" occurs when a vehicle passes through the ERP gantry without a CashCard in the In vehicle Unit (IU) or with insufficient value in the CashCard inserted in the IU, or as in such circumstances as the Land Transport Authority may determine from time to time. | | | | "General Terms" means Singapore Telecommunications Limited's General Terms and Conditions of Service. | | | | | "Mobile Line" means the mobile service subscribed by Customer with SingTel Mobile. | | | | "Service" means the service known as Easi-ERP which allows SingTel Mobile Customers to pay the charges for their ERP CashCard Violation(s) via their SingTel Mobile bill. | | | | | "SingTel Mobile" means Singapore Telecom Mobile Private Limited and its successors. | | | | "SMS" means Short Message Service. | | | | | "Vehicle" means the vehicle owned by the Customer and which bears the vehicle registration number keyed in by the Customer during registration of the Service. | |

| 2.2 | The words and expressions used in these Specific Terms and Conditions, which are defined in the General Terms but are not defined in these Specific Terms and Conditions shall have the same meanings as defined in the General Terms unless the context otherwise requires. |
| 2.3 | The headings or titles to the Clauses in these Specific Terms and Conditions are to facilitate reference and shall not be referred to or relied upon in the construction of any provision of these Specific Terms and Conditions. |

| 3. | Registration |
| 3.1 | The customer registers for the Service by dialling *377 and selecting Option 1 Register. Upon successful registration, charges for any future ERP CashCard Violation(s) are automatically charged to the Customer's SingTel Mobile bill and the Customer shall be notified via SMS each time the customer has a ERP CashCard Violation. |
| 3.2 | There is a one-time processing fee of $1 for each successful registration. |
| 3.3 | The customer must be a registered owner of the Mobile Line and Vehicle. |
| 3.4 | The Service shall commence only after the SMS indicating the Customer’s successful registration is sent the next working day. Any charges for ERP CashCard Violation(s) incurred after commencement of the Service will be stated in the Customer’s SingTel Mobile bill. |

| 4. | Termination |
| 4.1 | The Customer may terminate the Service by dialling *377 (*ERP) and selecting Option 3: Unsubscribe. The termination will take effect the next working day. |
| 4.2 | Upon termination of the Mobile Line or change/transfer of ownership of vehicle, the Service will be automatically terminated. |

| 5. | Service Requirements and Limitations |
| 5.1 | The Customer acknowledges and agrees that: |
| | | | | (a) | the Customer may receive certain communications from SingTel Mobile, such as service announcements, administrative messages, and that these communications are considered part of the Service and the Customer will not be able to opt out of receiving them; | | | | (b) | any new features introduced from time to time to augment of enhance the Service shall be subject to these Specific Terms and Conditions; | | | | (c) | the Customer is responsible for obtaining access to the Service and providing all equipment necessary to access the Service. | |

| 5.2 | The Customer acknowledges and agrees that: |
| | | | | (a) | the Customer is eligible to use the Service only for the Vehicle unless the Customer dials *377 to change the vehicle number; | | | | (b) | once registered with the Service, the Customer shall be required to make payment for the charges for their ERP CashCard Violation(s) through the Customer's SingTel Mobile Bill; and | | | | (c) | every SingTel Mobile bill with charges for ERP CashCard Violation(s) shall be paid by the payment due date as stated in the SingTel Mobile Bill, failing which the Customer settle the ERP CashCard Violation(s) through the Land Transport Authority's existing procedures. | |

| 5.3 | The Customer agrees not to or not to allow or permit any other person to use the Service to: |
| | | | (a) | violate any other person's rights, or interfere with another person's use of the Service; | | | | (b) | carry out any activities which are actually or potentially injurious to other Customers, or SingTel Mobile's reputation; or | | | | (c) | infringe any patent, trademark or copyright or any other intellectual property right of any third party or any SingTel Group Corporation. | | | | | | 6. | Consent to Use and Disclose Customer Information and Data | | 6.1 | The Customer agrees that SingTel Mobile shall be entitled to use or disclose any information or data disclosed by the Cistomer in accordance with Clause 15 of the General Terms located at the SingTel website at www.singtel.com (or available by phone or fax request or at any SingTel !hello Shop). The Customer is entitled to withdraw such consent in the procedure as prescribed by SingTel Mobile from time to time. | | 6.2 | The Customer further acknowledges and agrees that SingTel Mobile may access, preserve, monitor use and disclose any information relating to the use of the Service by the Customer as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain and improve the Service, and to respond to requests for customer service. | | | | | 7. | General | | 7.1 | The Customer shall be bound by and shall fully observe and comply with all the General Terms as well as such other terms and conditions as may be agreed or accepted by the Customer. The rights and protections conferred on SingTel Mobile under these Specific Terms and Conditions shall be additional to the rights and protections conferred on SingTel Mobile under General Terms and any other terms and conditions agreed or accepted by the Customer. | | 7.2 | Any Clause in the General Terms, these Specific Terms and Conditions, or any other terms and conditions as may be agreed or accepted by the Customer, that is invalid, unenforceable or illegal shall be enforced as nearly as possibly in accordance with its terms, but shall otherwise be deemed severed and shall not affect the enforceability of any other Clauses, which Clauses shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. |
