1. Registration

To start using the service, you must sign up for an account. Enter the necessary information required. Please read and click ‘I Agree’ to the terms of use for this service to proceed. An email with a password will be sent to you. Note: Your e-mail client should be HTML-enabled

2. Sending an Internet SMS

To start sending Internet SMS, login with your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, enter your registered email address and select ‘Forgot Password’. An email with a new password will be sent to you. Follow the steps above to send your message. Enter your friend’s 8-digit SingTel Mobile number, e.g. 98765432 and click OK. There will be a pop-up box which allows you to chat with your friend. Enter your message and click on ‘Send Message’. Your message will be shown on the box. Your friend, on the other hand will receive the following SMS: 1st SMS 2nd SMS If your friend replies to your Internet SMS, his/her reply will be reflected in the dialogue box. Note that if no activity is detected for 20 minutes, the SMS chat session will end automatically. To send Internet SMS to another SingTel Mobile friend, enter a 8-digit SingTel Mobile number again and click OK. You will see another pop-up box . You can have a maximum of 3 concurrent chat sessions with your friends.

3. Block/Unblock

SingTel Mobile subscribers can have the option to block and unblock receiving of Internet SMS.

Change Profile Change Profile allows you to change your full name, password, nickname, etc. Click on Change Profile after you have logged in. Enter your changes and they will be updated after you click ‘OK’. back to top 5. Sign-out Sign-out ensures privacy of information. Note that all your chat sessions will be closed upon sign-out. back to top
