1. Getting Started

• Insert the Mobile LIVECam SIM Card
• The battery should be fully charged before you can use the service, otherwise the Mobile LIVECam may not function correctly. When the battery is fully charged, the power indicator light will change to Cyan
• Set Date & Time (Please refer the User Guide in the box)
• Now you are ready to use the Service. Start video calling into Mobile LIVECam now.

2. Camera & Speaker Adjustment during Video viewing

Press number keypad to adjust the camera :
• Pan
 
'2'    - Upwards
'4'   - left
'6'   - right
'8'   - downwards
  
• Zoom
 
'1'    - zoom out
'3'   - zoom in
  
• Brightness
 
'7'    - reduce
'9'   - increase
  
• Tilt
 
'5'    - reverse image to 180 degrees
  
• Volume
 
'#'    - increase
'*'   - decrease

3. Managing your Camera by Administrator Only

    a. Via Video Call      
        (after video call is connected, the Administrator should press '0' to enter the main menu)


• Adding Users
 Step 1  :  Press '1' for Add Users
 Step 2  :  Enter the phone number of the new user
 Step 3  :  Press '*'
 Step 4  :  Press '*' to confirm
 Step 5  :  Press '#' to cancel the operation and return to main menu

• Deleting Users
 Step 1  :  Press '2' for Delete Users
 Step 2  :  Press '*' to scoll the page down
 Step 3  :  Select the serial number of the phone number that you want to delete
 Step 4  :  Press '*' to confirm the deletion
 Step 5  :  Press '#' to cancel the operation and return to main menu

• Changing PIN
 Step 1  :  Press '3' for Change PIN
 Step 2  :  Enter the current 4-digit PIN, followed by '*'
 Step 3  :  Enter the new 4 digit PIN, followed by '*'
 Step 4  :  Press '*' to confirm
 Step 5  :  Press '#' to return to main menu if you have entered a wrong PIN

• Changing of Administrator Number
 Step 1  :  Press '4' to Change Administrator Number
 Step 2  :  Enter the new Administrator Number, followed by '*'
 Step 3  :  Press '#' to cancel the operation and return to main menu

• Video Recording
 Step 1  :  Press '5' for Video Recording
 Step 2  :  You will see the remaining memory and Duration available in the MicroSD card for recording

 Step 3  :  Enter the No. of minutes for recording, followed by '*'
 Step 4  :  Press '*' to begin recording

Note:

1. After you enter the period you want to record, the Mobile LIVECam will end the current video call and enter video-recording mode
2.Maximum recorded video file size is 3hrs.
3. If the recorded time is longer than 3hrs, there will be several files.
4. Recording time depends on memory card storage.
5.An incoming video call during the recording will cause the Mobile LIVECam to stop recording and send an SMS to the Administrator and then continue the incoming call.
6. The administrator will receive an SMS sent by Mobile LIVECam when the video recording is finished, when the memory is full or when the video recording fails under the other situations.
7.The file will be saved in the MicroSD Card & named as yyyymmddhhmm_xx.3gp
 
• yyyymmddhhmm represent year, month, date, hour and minute
• xx represents the serial no

If the switch is set as "on", the Mobile LIVECam will prompt user to input his calling number in the following situations, so as to decide whether the video call is allowed:
1. the incoming call doesn't carry any number (may be the caller is roaming or the caller disables the phone to send its number), or
2. the incoming call's number exceed 20 digits, or
3. the Access List reaches its limit and the incoming call's number isn't in the Access List.

If the entered number is in the Access List, then the user will be further prompted for the PIN and video call will proceed if the PIN is correct. If the number is not in the Access List or the PIN has been input incorrectly 3 times, the call will be disconnected. If the switch is set as "off". the Mobile LIVECam won't allow the video call in the following situations:
1. the incoming call doesn't carry its number (maybe the caller is roaming or the caller disables the phone to send its number), or
2. the incoming call's number exceed 20 digits, or
3. the incoming call's number isn't in the Access List and the Access Listreaches its limit
