| Specific Terms and Conditions for SingTel Mobile’s Multi-SIM Service |

| 1. | Incorporation by reference |
| | In addition to the General Terms and the Specific Terms and Conditions of SingTel Mobile, which terms and conditions are deemed incorporated by reference, the Customer shall be bound by the following Specific Terms and Conditions. |

| 2. | Definitions and Interpretation |
| 2.1 | In these Specific Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the following meanings: |
| | | "Customer" means any person who registers for the Service. | | "General Terms" means the Singapore Telecommunications Limited's General Terms and Conditions of Service. | | "SIM" means Subscriber Identity Module. | | "SMS" means Short Message Service | | "Service" means SingTel Mobile's Multi-SIM service which allows Customer to have 1 mobile number accessible via multiple SIM cards. | | "SingTel Mobile" means Singapore Telecom Mobile Private Limited and its successors. | |

| 2.2 | The words and expressions used in these Specific Terms and Conditions, which are defined in the General Terms but are not defined in these Specific Terms and Conditions shall have the same meanings as defined in the General Terms unless the context otherwise requires.

| 2.3 | The headings or titles to the Clauses in these Specific Terms and Conditions are to facilitate reference and shall not be referred to or relied upon in the construction of any provision of these Specific Terms and Conditions. |

| 3. | Registration |
| 3.1 | The Customer registers for the Service via application at any SingTel hello! Customer Service Centers specified at SingTel website, www.singtel.com .The Service shall commence the next working day.

| 3.2 | A one-time registration fee of $10.70 (incl. GST) will be charged for each successful registration. The 1st set of 2 SIM cards will be charged at $32.10 (incl. GST). Subsequent SIM cards will be charged at $10.70 (incl. GST) per SIM card.

| 3.3 | Monthly subscription fee for the Service for a set of 2 SIM cards is $5.35 (incl. GST), 3 SIM cards is $10.70 and 4 SIM cards is $11.77.

| 3.4 | The Customer is eligible to subscribe to a maximum of 4 SIM cards for this Service under 1 Mobile Line save for Customers who have subscribed for Unlimited data value-added service, who are only allowed to subscribe to a maximum of 3 SIM cards. |

| 4. | Termination |
| 4.1 | The Customer may request to terminate the Service at any SingTel hello! Customer Service Centers specified at SingTel website, www.singtel.com. The termination will take effect by the next working day.

| 4.2 | Upon termination of the Mobile Line, the Service will be automatically terminated. |

| 5. | Service Requirements and Limitations |
| 5.1 | The Customer acknowledges and agrees that: |
| | | | | (a) | The Service is available to SingTel Mobile GSM900 2G & 3G post-paid mobile subscribers only. | | | | (b) | Standard charges apply for all voice calls, video calls and SMS sent & received. | | | | (c) | Only 1 SIM card can be linked to a Blackberry device. | |

| | | | | (d) | At any one time, only 1 SIM card can be enabled to receive incoming voice calls/video calls/SMS. The Customer is required to send a *141# code using the device which he wish to be enabled to receive incoming voice calls/video calls/SMS facilities. | | | | (e) | New features introduced from time to time to augment or enhance the Service, shall be subject to these Specific Terms and Conditions. | | | | (f) | SingTel Mobile reserves the right to amend these Specific Terms & Conditions without prior notice. | |

| 6. | Consent to Use and Disclose Customer Information and Data |
| 6.1 | The Customer agrees that SingTel Mobile shall be entitled to use or disclose any information or data disclosed by the Customer in accordance with Clause 15 of the General Terms located at the SingTel website at www.singtel.com (or available from SingTel Mobile on written request ). The Customer is entitled to withdraw such consent in the procedure as prescribed by SingTel Mobile from time to time.

| 6.2 | The Customer further acknowledges and agrees that SingTel Mobile may access, preserve, monitor, use and disclose any information relating to the use of Service by the Customer as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain and improve the Service, and to respond to requests for customer service. |

| 7. | General |
| 7.1 | The Customer shall be bound by and shall fully observe and comply with all the General Terms as well as such other terms and conditions as may be agreed or accepted by the Customer. The rights and protections conferred on SingTel Mobile under these Specific Terms and Conditions shall be additional to the rights and protections conferred on SingTel Mobile under the General Terms and any other terms and conditions agreed or accepted by the Customer.

| 7.2 | Any Clause in the General Terms, these Specific Terms and Conditions, or any other terms and conditions as may be agreed or accepted by the Customer, that is invalid, unenforceable or illegal shall be enforced as nearly as possible in accordance with its terms, but shall otherwise be deemed severed and shall not affect the enforceability of any other Clauses, which Clauses shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. |
