| 1. | What is Overseas Missed Call Alert? |
| | Overseas missed call alert service allows you to keep track of all your unanswered or rejected calls while traveling*. You will be able to identify the caller party’s number when you miss a call in the following scenario:
a) When busy/No answer
b) When call is rejected

| 2. | What are the charges for Overseas Missed Call Alert? |
| | There will be no charges for the incoming SMS sent to you. With effect from 1st September 2007, Overseas Missed Call Alert will be a free Value Added Service without any monthly subscription or registration fees.

| 3. | How do I subscribe for Overseas Missed Call Alert? |
| | From 1st September 2007, all SingTel Mobile customers will have their free Overseas Missed Call Alert service activated by default.

| 4. | How will I be notified for the Missed Call? |
| | We will send you the caller number via SMS. However, this service will not send the calling number if the callers called from the payphone, Caller Number-Non-Display customers and certain Overseas operators* will not be put through.
*These Overseas operators do not provide the number of the calling party

| 5. | Will this service affect my call forwarding or voice mail service? |
| | We will not be able to forward you the SMS alert if you have call forward your calls to another number/voicemail.

| 6. | How fast will I be alerted via SMS of the missed call? |
| | Overseas Missed Call Alert will send you a sms to inform you of your missed call immediately. You will be alerted so long as you are logged on to a network.

| 7. | What is the difference between the local Caller Alert and this Overseas Missed Call Alert? |
| | Overseas Missed Call Alert will take place when conditions as specified above are fulfilled while roaming in proper coverage overseas. Caller Alert on the other hand will take place when the handphone is not reachable (i.e. when handphone is switched off).

| | Affected customers will see the credit rebates reflected on SingTel Bills in September 2007.

| | You need to maintain a minimum balance of $8* in order to use Prepaid Roaming service while overseas. OMCA will not reach your mobile phone if your card value is below the minimum balance.
