SMS Plus Out-Of-Office
You can send a personalized SMS or predefined SMS reply automatically to your senders when you are busy or unable to answer incoming messages.
SMS Plus Divert
You can divert your incoming SMS to another phone or email when you have forgotten to bring your phone with you using the Ideas Web Portal.
SMS Plus Copy
You can copy your incoming and/or outgoing SMS to a maximum of 5 other phones/emails. You can use this service to back up your messages. | | |  back to top |

| What are the charges for SMS Plus Services? | | | There is no registration fee for the service.
| | | Pay Per Use - You will be charged $0.54 for every successful activation of a feature.
| | | Monthly subscription - If you are subscribed to the service ($2.14/mth), you will have UNLIMITED number of activations for all the features.
| | | Note: You are still required to activate each feature whenever you want to use it after you have subscribed to the service.

| Will I be charged Roaming SMS traffic when I am roaming overseas with SMS Plus features activated? | | | Auto replied SMS, Diverted SMS and Copied SMS are sent and charged as local SMS hence, there are no roaming charges. These SMS will be deducted from the Mobile Plan SMS bundle . However if you have copied or diverted your SMS to a foreign (overseas) mobile number, prevailing Global SMS traffic charges will apply. | | | back to top |

| I have activated both SMS Copy Incoming and Outgoing, how will the traffic be charged? | | | For SMS Plus Copy feature, copying of incoming and outgoing SMS are charged as separate SMS sent. To Subscribe:
Simply go to any Hello Shop conveniently located near you, or Call 1800-4844688 (Mon - Fri 8.30am to 8pm; Sat - 8.30am to 6pm).
To Activate a service:
Simply turn-on your desired SMS Plus features via any of these 3 methods:

| What kind of SMS is not applicable to the SMS Plus Service? | | | The following types of SMS are not applicable to this service:
• | SMS from foreign numbers. | • | Premium SMS (eg. SMS for donations on television, SMS from paid services, etc) | • | SMS sent from short-codes |

| If I've set SMS Divert to Party B, and Party B have set SMS Copy to Party C, what will happen? | | | Your SMS will be diverted to Party B, however it will not further copy to Party C. A diverted or copied SMS will not be copied or diverted again. | | | back to top |

| Can I activate SMS Plus Divert and SMS Plus Copy concurrently? | | | Yes, but you will not receive the SMS from the original sender. The SMS will be sent to the parties which you have diverted and copied to. | | | back to top |

| Can I set SMS Plus Divert and SMS Plus Copy to the same mobile number? | | | Yes. But when you activate both of these services and someone sends you an SMS, that mobile number will receive the SMS twice, as a divert and a copy was done to that mobile number. | | | back to top |

| When SMS are diverted / copied to an email, can the recipient reply to that email? | | | No. when you divert or copy to an email, you can only read the message. You will not be able to reply to it via the email. | | | back to top |
