Customers will be given two SIM Cards, one for his hand set and the other for a car-phone, second phone, PDA, etc. Customers will have just one mobile number for both cards.

Q3. Is TwinCard available for both 2G & 3G? TwinCard is only available for 3G.
Q4. What is the minimum subscription period? The minimum subscription period is 1 month.
Q5. How do I switch between my two handset/devices? You need to switch off the 1st device & switch on your 2nd device. Simple steps as illustrated below
Steps | To switch between Hand set and PDA | Step 1: | Only one mobile device (mobile phone, car-phone or PDA) is able to receive incoming calls/SMS & make outgoing calls/SMS at any one time. All you have to do is to switch off your 1st device. | Step 2: | Switch on your 2nd device (the device which you intend to use). Upon doing so, you will be able to receive incoming calls/SMS & making outgoing calls/SMS using your 2nd device. |
Q6. What is the initial password for my TwinCard? The default PIN is 1234, and is disabled initially. Q7. Can TwinCard support BlackBerry ? Yes, BB7100g and BB7290 model supports Twincard. At any one time, the subscriber can use only 1 device. He gets to decide which device to use by alternating between his 2 devices. All he has to do is to switch off his 1st device & switch on his 2nd device. Upon doing so, he will be able to receive incoming calls/SMS & making outgoing calls/SMS using his 2nd device.
