I am notified of new VoiceMail Lite/mio VoiceMail messages on my SingTel mobile phone. However, when I dial 1305 from my mobile phone, there is either "no new messages" or it plays my SingTel Mobile VoiceMail. Why? Your SingTel Mobile Caller-ID is detected when you enter your access PIN and has directed to you to your SingTel Mobile VoiceMail. Please ensure that you are using a different access PIN if you are subscribed to both SingTel Mobile VoiceMail and VoiceMail Lite /mio VoiceMail so as to differentiate the mailboxes.
