SingTel Mobile’s VoiceMail does more than what a personal answering service would do - answers your calls and takes your personal messages when you’re not available. What’s more, it even notifies you of any messages, wherever you are.

We have enhanced our VoiceMail system to serve you better. The new /enhanced features are:- - You can now enjoy up to 30 messages with our upgraded VoiceMail capacity.
- With longer mailbox storage duration, you can now save your messages for up to 14 days.
- Option to retrieve messages without PIN number when using your mobile line.
- Set your preferred language (English or Chinese) for message retrieval
- You can choose the message retrieval sequence [FIFO/LIFO]
- You will be notified of any new messages on your mobile phone. Alternatively, you can choose to receive your notification via your telephone number.
- You can customise your personalized greetings to inform your callers to leave a message for you.
How does VoiceMail work for you? When you're not available to answer your call, your caller automatically gets to your VoiceMail and is asked to leave a voice message on your personal answering service.
SingTel Mobile VoiceMail then sends a short text message to your handphone informing you there's a message for you, even when you're roaming overseas.
You can also use the outdial notification function to alert you of your calls through a telephone number.
By selecting the Call Return option, you are now able to return a call to the message sender while retrieving your messages.
To retrieve your messages, simply dial 1389.
It's really that easy.
