Message Notification via Outdial
If you have setup your Out-dial notification, you will be notified immediately on your telephone. If the outdial is not successful, your VoiceMail will try for one more attempt.When a new message is received, you will be notified immediately or on the next time you use your handphone. If your handphone is switched off or out of coverage area, your VoiceMail try to notify you twice. The same applies even when you are roaming overseas.

VoiceMail Forwarding features
i) "Not Reachable"
This transfers your calls to the VoiceMail when your handphone is switched off or you are out of signal coverage (e.g. in a lift).
Please note that “Not Reachable” feature is a default VoiceMail feature and cannot be deactivated.
ii) "No Reply"
This transfers your calls to the VoiceMail when you are unable to take the call.
iii) "Busy"
This transfers your calls to the VoiceMail when you are engaged on your handphone and do not wish to be interrupted.
iv) Forward All Calls to VoiceMail
This transfers all your incoming calls to the VoiceMail when you do not want to take any calls personally.
To Activate or Deactive Voicemail Forwarding Features
You can activate other VoiceMail Forwarding Features to personalize the scenarios where your callers can leave messages for you when they are unable to get through to your handphone. They are:

We have activated [Call Divert if No Reply] and [Call Divert if Unreachable] for you upon subscription of this service.
Please refer to your handphone manual to see if it offers the [Call Divert] (some handset manuals call it [Call Divert] feature as a menu option. If there is, just enter [1389] as the destination.

Accessing Your VoiceMail You can access your VoiceMail from any telephone, handphone, pay phone, office or home phone both locally and overseas.

Retrieving Your Messages VoiceMail provides you with friendly step-by-step voice prompts to guide you in retrieving your messages.
Call Return

Record Your Personal Greeting You can customise your own personal greeting (up to 2 mins) for your callers. You are encouraged to have your own Personal Greeting or Personal Name recorded. This helps to assure the callers that they are calling the right person and thus can confidently leave messages for you.
Record Your Personal Name
If you do not wish to have a customised Personal Greeting, you can record your Personal Name. When friends and clients call you, they will hear this greeting:

The maximum length of your recorded name is 30 seconds.
Changing Your Password
Your default password is set at 9999. For security reasons, it is advisable that you change your password. You can do so by following the instructions below.

Change Your Outdial Number
Your VoiceMail will notify you whenever you receive a message by sending a SMS to your handphone. Alternatively, you can choose to be notified of new messages through your telephone number.
