To activate Collect Call Screen:

1. Lift the handset and wait for the dial tone.
2. Key #670 XXXXX #. where XXXXX is a 5-digit PIN.
3. Wait for the acceptance tone indicating that the service has been activated and replace the handset. If the activation is unsuccessful, you will hear the Number Unobtainable (NU) tone.
4. Replace the handset.
5. Collect Call Screen is now activated and all overseas collect calls will be rejected.

To deactivate Collect Call Screen:

1. Lift the handset and wait for the dial tone.
2. Key #671 XXXXX #. where XXXXX is a 5-digit PIN.
3. Wait for the acceptance tone indicating that the service has been deactivated and replace the handset. If the deactivation is unsuccessful, you will hear the NU tone.
4. Replace the handset.
5. Collect Call Screen is now deactivated and all overseas collect calls will be put through to your phone.

To change your PIN:

1. Lift the handset and wait for the dial tone.
2. Key #880 XXXXX * YYYYY * YYYYY #. where XXXXX is a 5-digit Old PIN, YYYYY is a 5-digit New PIN.
3. Wait for the acceptance tone indicating that the new PIN has been accepted and replace the handset. If the change is unsuccessful, you will hear the following announcement: "Sorry, you have not entered the correct PIN."
4. Replace the handset.

Please note:

• Collect Call Screen is offered to your telephone line in the "deactivated" state.
• You have to use your PIN to activate and deactivate Collect Call Screen. The default PIN is '12345'.
• If you have 2nd Number service and have activated Collected Call Screen, only collect calls made to your first number will be blocked. Collect calls made to your 2nd number will be put through.
