Ever reached the phone just after the caller hung up? Or are you sometimes too busy to answer the phone right away?

1. To return an Incoming Call using Last Call Return - Lift the handset and wait for the dial tone.
- Key * #
- The phone exchange will dial the phone number of the person that last called you. Wait for the call to be connected.
Please Note: - You can return an incoming call using Call Back whether you answered the phone or not. This includes calls that came in on Call Waiting.
- When you return a call from a PBX extension, you will reach the switchboard operator and not the extension number that called you.
- The memory will be erased once * # is keyed in.
- Call Back cannot be used if the last call from a public phone, a SingTel operator or someone calling from overseas. in such a case, there will be an NU (Number Unobtainable) tone.
- If your phone is locked against local calls, Call Back cannot be activated to call back the last incoming call. You will hear the announcement: "Sorry, you have not entered the correct PIN." you must unlock your phone before you can activate Call Back.
2. To dial the Last Outgoing Number using Last Call Return - Lift the handset and wait for the dial tone.
- Key * *
- The phone exchange will redial the last outgoing number dialled on your phone line. Wait for the call to be connected.
Please Note: - Call Back cannot be used to redial special service phone numbers (e.g. 1711, 999, 100 etc.).
