To access your Cameras:

From your 3G mobile:

1. Make a video call to *CAM (*226) locally or
2. Video call to +65 Homecam (+65 9466 3226) to access from overseas.
3. Enter your PIN (default PIN “123456”), followed by #
4. Select the keypad number to view the respective camera (eg. key “2” for the 2^nd camera)

From your video phone or PC Client:

1. Make a video call to *CAM (*226) for both local and overseas access.
2. Enter your PIN (default PIN “123456”), followed by #
3. Select the keypad number to view the respective camera (eg. key “2” for the 2^nd camera)

To change PIN & make changes to the Access List

1. Via IVR @ 6838 4090
   a. Type of changes that you can make to the Access List using IVR system:
   i. Add Access
   ii. Delete Access
   iii. Listen to Access
2. Via IDEAS Website (applicable to LIVECam registered under SingTel Mobile).
   a. Type of changes that you can make to the Access List:
   i. Add Access
   ii. Delete Access
   iii. Replace to Access

After login to IDEAS, at the LIVECam page, click on ‘access’ to enter the Access List page
