| | The charges for Svc 100 are: SingTel fixed line 64 cents per number; SingTel Mobile (Postpaid) 75 cents per number

| | You will be charged 64 cents per call. Please ensure you have sufficient value left in your phonecard.

| | Yes, mobile airtime charges is applicable.

| 4. | Will I be charged when the CSO is unable to provide the telephone number? |
| | SingTel will only levy the directory assistance fee if we can provide the required listed number. If SingTel is unable to provide the telephone number (for example, unlisted telephone number) the directory assistance charge will not be imposed.

| | SingTel charges 64 cents per listing to recover the cost for providing directory assistance service, which is very labour-intensive.
