4. What will I be given when I signed up for OneM@il?
Your main (mandatory) and the optional number will be provided with OneM@il Service.
You will be given a - OneM@il Number
- 30 voice and fax messages (including 20 fax pages)
- Free 6 MB email storage

5. How can I sign up for OneM@il?
You can You need to provide OneM@il with a SingTel DEL or PhoneNet or SingTel Mobile (except SingTel Hi!Card) line. Your OneM@il charges will be reflected in your telephone bill as a monthly charge.

6. How many numbers can I sign up OneM@il with?
You need to provide OneM@il with a SingTel DEL or PhoneNet or SingTel Mobile (except SingTel Hi!Card) line. In addition, you can nominate an optional number for the OneM@il account. The optional number can be another SingTel DEL, PhoneNet number, SingTel Mobile or M1.

7. Can I provide more than 2 numbers with OneM@il Service?
You can only provide OneM@il Service with 2 numbers; a main number which must be a SingTel DEL or PhoneNet or SingTel Mobile (except SingTel Hi!Card) line and an optional number. But you can call divert (from your mobile phone) or call forward (from your DEL) to your OneM@il number.

8. What if the main number and/or optional number are not registered under my name?
OneM@il Service will be billed in the same bill as the main number. If you are not the owner of the main number, you need to submit an authorisation form signed by the owner of the main number.
You need to submit an authorisation form signed by the owner of the optional number allowing you to provide OneM@il on the optional number. This form must be filled in and faxed to 63994725.

9. I am a current subscriber of SingTel Virtual Fax Service. Can I retain my existing Virtual Fax Number when I sign up for OneM@il Service?
Yes. You can retain your Virtual Fax number when you sign up for OneM@il. Your OneM@il number in this case will be your existing Virtual Fax. You will be advised to retrieve all your Virtual Fax messages before we convert the number to OneM@il Service.

10. Can I request for additional email storage?
You can call 1800 OneSoln (1800-6637656) to request for additional email storage.You will be charged at $5.35 for every 1MB of email storage space, which will be reflected, in your next telephone bill.

11. Can I request for additional voice and fax storage?
You can call 1800 OneSoln (1800-6637656) to request for additional voice and fax storage. You will be charged at $2.14 for every additional 20 voice+fax messages which will be reflected in your next telephone bill.

12. What is the difference between VoiceMail, FaxMail and OneM@il Service?
VoiceMail allows your caller to leave you voice messages when they could not reach you on your phone that are provided with VoiceMail. FaxMail allows your caller to send you a fax message to your FaxMail Service. With OneM@il, your caller can leave / send you voice messages if they could not reach you on your phones that is provided with OneM@il. You can also receive faxes and email on your OneM@il Service.

13. Can I designate M1, StarHub Mobile or StarHub DEL as an optional number?
You can provide your M1 mobile phone as the optional number. You must divert your call to OneM@il Service (settable by you). But you will not be able to receive SMS notification. You cannot designate StarHub DEL or StarHub mobile as an optional number.

14. My company had a PABX System. My extension number is from the PABX System. Can I subscribe to OneM@il Service?
No. OneM@il Service must be provided with a SingTel DEL or PhoneNet. It cannot be provided on a PABX or ISDN.

15. I am a subscriber of SingTel Magix. Can I apply for OneM@il on my Magix line?
Yes, you can.

16. I subscribe to SingTel ISDN Service. Can I subscribe to OneM@il Service?
No. You cannot provide OneM@il on an ISDN line.

17. What are the services that will not be able to use with OneM@il?
Conflicting services for OneM@il are Phonemail, Telemail and PageCID on DEL and PhoneNet.
Conflicting services on mobile phone are Mobile No Miss and Voicemail.

18. I receive stutter dial tone on my telephone line and I cannot dial up to the Internet. What should I do? You will have to change the properties to ignore the stutter dial tone. The steps are :-
| 1) | At your computer, click “My computer” icon follow by the “Dial Up Networking” icon. | | 2) | A pop up window will appears, under the “General” tab, click “Configure” | | 3) | Subsequently, select the “Connection” tab. | | 4) | Under Call Preference, uncheck the box for ‘Wait for the dial tone before dialing’. | | 5) | Click OK to save the new configuration. |
