First Time Login

To set up your VoiceMail, simply follow these steps:

Step 1	Access your VoiceMail
Step 2	Change the Preferred Language
Step 3	Change your Password
Step 4	Record your Personal Name

A [First Time User Introduction] session will be played to help you through changing Passwords, select New Language and record Personal Name.
** You must call from your own telephone or mobile number.

Accessing OneM@il through telephone or mobile phone

With a single call, you can listen to your voice messages and email. You can also print your faxes and email to a fax machine.

To access OneM@il from your mobile phone or telephone that is provisioned with OneM@il

Step 1	Call 1383
Step 2	Enter your telephone password, followed by # (Default telephone password: 12345)

To access OneM@il from other phones

Step 1	Call 1383
Step 2	Enter your telephone password, followed by # (Default telephone password: 12345)
Step 3	Enter your mailbox number, followed by # (Your mailbox number can be your nominated mobile phone, telephone or OneM@il number)

To access OneM@il from overseas

Step 1	Call 65 63991383 Call 02 63991383 (if you are calling from Malaysia)
Step 2	Enter your telephone password, followed by # (Default telephone password: 12345)
Step 3	Enter your mailbox number, followed by # (Your mailbox number can be your nominated mobile phone, telephone or OneM@il number)

Accessing OneM@il using Web Browser

Using a personal computer and connected to Internet, you can access OneM@il using a web browser or any POP3 compliant Email client.
Login to OneM@il

Step 1	Enter the Mailbox Number
Step 2	Enter the Web password
Step 3	Click ENTER

Change your telephone password

Step 1	Access to your OneM@il by 1383
Step 2	At the Main Menu, press 3 for personal options
Step 3	Press 2 to manage your PIN
Step 4	Press 1 to change PIN.
Step 5	Enter your new password followed by #
Step 6	Press enter your new password again followed by #

Record your greetings

Step 1	Access to your OneM@il
Step 2	At the Main Menu, press 3 for Personal Options
Step 3	Press 1 for subscriber greeting
Step 4	Press 1 to record your personal name
	Press 2 to record your personal greeting.
	Press 3 to record your temporary greeting
Step 5	Press 1 to record your greeting
Step 6	After record, Press 1 to re record your greeting Press 2 to save your greeting Press 3 to delete your greeting

Note: You can record up to 120 seconds for both personal & temporary greetings and up to 30 seconds for personal name.

Setup your notification
To set your message notification

Step 1	Access to your OneM@il
Step 2	At the Main Menu, press 3 for Personal Options
Step 3	Press 3 for Notification
Step 4	Press 1 to change your telephone notification Press 2 to change your pager notification Press 3 to change your sms notification

Step 1	To set notification to the number you are calling from, press 1. (Only played if CLI is received)
Step 2	To set notification to another number, press 2.
Step 3	After your have set up the desired number for your notification, press 3 to turn on.
