You can opt to use your existing phone number or choose an alpha number such as 7000-168 MARK (7000-168 6275) or 6100-Mike (6100-6453), so callers only need to remember your name and not your number
Important Notes:
The designated phone numbers you choose should not: - Have any mailbox, fax and answering facilities (eg. PhoneMail, VoiceMail, OneMail) that is set to respond before 15 secs or approximately 6 rings.
- Have any routing services as these phone numbers will be bypassed and the incoming call will go to the next designated phone number.
- Have any Do Not Disturb feature as this will terminate the OneNumber call search process.
+1 Choice of alpha number is subject to availability of the phone number. Golden Number charges apply if the chosen number is a Golden Number. Alpha numbers which correspond to a Golden Number is subject to the prevailing Golden Number charges.
+2 Relocation is restricted to within Singapore only.
