Back to Top Default Routing Type Default Routing Type determines how unanswered call is being routed if it is not answered at any of the 3 destination number. You can select any of the following: System Announcement - Caller will hear “Sorry, the number you have dialed is currently unavailable, please try again later. Thank you.” Voicemail Default - Caller will be able to leave you a voice message Pager Number - You will be paged through the pager number that you have entered Alternate Number - The call will be routed to another number, which you have specified.

Back to Top Set destination numbers for each Profile You have three profiles to manage. You can enter up to 3 designated numbers for each profile. Destination numbers can be any telephone / mobile numbers where you wished to be contacted.

Back to Top Set Daily Schedule You can configure a schedule to assign a profile to be activated at your chosen timeslot. You are allowed to configure up to 5 schedules per day. For any timeslot that does not fall into any schedule, the default profile i.e. profile 1 will be activated.

Back to Top Temporary Contact Number If you wish to have all your calls to reach one single number without changing the pre-define routing schedule for your OneNumber Service, you can activate your temporary contact number, such that all calls to your OneNumber will be routed to your temporary contact number. If you wish to reset back to your routing schedule, you will need to de-activate the temporary contact number.
Step 1 | Enter the Temporary Contact Number which you want your calls to be forwarded | Step 2 | If you wish to activate the Temporary Contact Number Immediately, click on the Activate TCN1 Immediately button (by default the de-activation date will be 6 months from the activation date) | Step 3 | If you wish to set your own activation / de-activation date and time, select the desire date and time to activate / de-activate the Temporary Contact Number | Step 4 | Click on the Submit button |
You will be prompted once the update is successful. Back to Top Change Ringing Mode You can change the phone numbers and sequence of ringing anytime to suit your schedule. Sequential ringing mode - when you choose a sequential ringing mode, your destination telephone/mobile phone will ring for approximately 15secs before it gets routed to the next destination or phone number. This will continue to route up to 3 different destination numbers before your call finally ended in a default routing type, when the call is unanswered. Simultaneous ringing mode - when you choose a simultaneous ringing mode, all the 3 telephone/mobile phone numbers will ring at once when caller dial your OneNumber.

You may configure up to 3 profiles comprising three destination numbers each. You can configure a schedule to assign a profile to be activated at your chosen timeslot. If you have internet access, you may change the timeslot to suit your schedule. You may also want to choose between sequential and simultaneous ringing modes. Sequential ringing mode allows ringing at each of your destination numbers in accordance to the priority that you have defined. Simultaneous ringing mode allows ringing at all the phones at the same time.
