2. Say "NewUser"
3. Say the type of phone line you are using to register (‘Residential’ or Office’)
4. Key-in your preferred 4-digit PIN to the system
5. Key-in your NRIC / Passport number 2. Access your OneVoice account Note: Your User ID is your mobile number that you used during registration. When you call in to the system, you will be prompted to enter the PIN. Also, when you login via OneVoice, you will need to enter your user id and PIN. Calling from your registered SingTel Fixed Line: 1. Dial *6988

How to use the system?
While you’re at the Information Menu: Say “Sports” 1. You can check out the recent results for S-League, EPL, Spanish League, Italian League, Champion League, NBA or Tennis. 2. After listening to the results, you can choose to send the scores to your phone via SMS. Say “4D Toto” 1. Check out the 4D-Wed, 4D-Sat, 4D-Sun, Toto or Big Sweep results. 2. After listening to the results, you can choose to send the results to your phone via SMS. While you are at the Main Menu: Say “Make a Call” Voice-Activated Dialing (VAD) at its best! 1. Say a “Contact name” to call. 2. Say a “Local number” to dial. 3. Say a “Popular hotel”, “Government”, “Hospital”, “SingTel Services” or “Taxi Hotline” that you want to connect. 4. Say “Quick Reminder” to set a reminder for yourself without lifting a finger! Say “Calendar” 1. You can check calendar for meetings or tasks that you’ve scheduled. 2. You can schedule an event for 2 purposes: a) Meeting - You can schedule a meeting by saying the date, subject, start time and end time. - You can invite guests to attend for the meeting, meeting recurring, minute before the meeting starts. - When you’re done you can also set a meeting reminder for yourself. b) Task - You can create task to remind yourself about certain events like birthday, Things-to-do by saying the date and subject. 3. You can delete event for meeting or task that you’ve created by saying the date and subject. 4. You can update a meeting 5. When you call in again, system will let you know what events will happen for today! Say “Address Book” 1. Maintain and manage your address book of contacts and friends. Say “Update Profile”1. Change your login PIN. 2. Set Remember PIN option (only available to mobile customers) 3. Convert your Fixed Line account to Mobile account. 4. Set your default phone for reminder purpose!
Address Book Functionality 1. Personal Address Book: You can store up to 750 of your personal or business contact in your personal address book. Each contact can store up to 3 different phone numbers, e-mail address, fax numbers, pager number and other information. The address book also stores 250 SIM Card PhoneBook entries if you’ve subscribed to SIM Card Backup service. 2. Public Directory: You can call someone or somewhere from Public Directory (courtesy from service 100). The directory consists of most commonly enquire telephone numbers of Hotels, Government Ministries, Hospitals, SingTel Services & Taxi Hotlines from service 100. To access Public Directory, simply go to ‘Main Menu’ and say ‘Make a Call’ and thereafter you can say ‘Public Directory’. Once you’re in, select the category of establishment or service you want to call (Hospital, Hotel, SingTel Services etc) and the system will prompt you to say the specific name (example Alexandra Hospital, Ritz Carlton Hotel, etc). Voice activated Dialing (VAD) 1. With VAD, you can call out to any contacts stored in your personal address book, public directory by just saying their names. If the call to the contact is not answered, system will detect if the contact has another number available in their address book for dialing. If there is, system can dial that number. 2. With VAD, you can also call out to anyone directly by saying its phone number. 3. To use the above 2 functions of calling someone or a number, just go to ‘Make-a-call’ menu. (Note: OVERSEAS CALLS is not supported at the moment) Meeting & Task Functionality 1. OneVoice can be your personal scheduler in times when you need to schedule meeting. - You can create or edit meeting via phone or web and invite those contacts stored in your personal address book by stating the meeting date, subject, start time and end time. - When you are done, your guest will be notified instantly via SMS if their default number stored in your personal address book is mobile. If they do not have a mobile line but have an email address, they will receive an email instead. Otherwise, they will receive a phone call (office/home depending on default setting) notifying them (Note: SMS notification is only applicable to recipients who are SingTel Mobile customers). 2. You can also create or edit task, for example, you want to buy a birthday gift to someone special or you are undertaking a project for a period of time and etc. You can set the task via voice or web by stating the task date, subject & time that you want to be reminded. 3. For both, you can create reminder in multiple of 15 mins before any meeting or task set. You can choose to be reminded via your mobile number by SMS or email or call back to your mobile number, office number or home number. Synchronization of Address Book/ Calendar/ Task OneVoice allows you to perform synchronization between OneVoice and Microsoft Outlook. Just download the Outlook synchronization software from OneVoice website and you can synchronize, download or upload your personal address book, calendar & task between OneVoice and Microsoft Outlook via Internet. a) You can select Outlook mailbox folder or your personal folder in the client application, under Change Organiser Profile. Synchronization will be based on these folders. b) When performing synchronization for Personal Address Book/ Calendar/ Task, you can select either OneVoice or Outlook to be the Master database. (For example, if you select OneVoice as Master, by default all contacts/ meetings/ tasks in OneVoice that are not found in Outlook will be added to Outlook and if there’re any contacts/ meetings/ tasks in Outlook that are not found in OneVoice, then these contacts will be deleted from Outlook. You should set the Master database to be the address book/ calendar/ task that you will edit on. It is advisable to edit on only 1 database.) c) When conflict is detected (for example, same contact name existed on OneVoice and Outlook) but the detailed information is not the same, then it will be displayed on the client application. You can click on the conflict data and view the detailed information to decide which information you want by checking the box. The selected information will be updated on both OneVoice and Outlook. d) Contact names/ meetings/ tasks with the same detail information between OneVoice & Outlook will not be displayed in the client application. Downloading Personal Address Book/ Calendar/ Tasksa) You can download all your information (i.e. contacts/ meetings/ tasks) stored in OneVoice into Microsoft Outlook folder (depending on the folder you have selected in the Organiser Profile). b) When download operation is performed, OneVoice will overwrite Outlook if the contacts/ meetings/ tasks are the same. Otherwise, the contacts/ meetings/ tasks stored in OneVoice will be added to Outlook. c) During download operation, system will check for duplicate information in Outlook 1 at a time. If duplicate information existed, you will be asked to choose to/not to delete all the duplicate information in Outlook. When download operation is performed, OneVoice will overwrite Outlook if the information is the same. Uploading Personal Address Book/ Calendar/ Tasksa) You can upload all your information (i.e. contacts/ meetings/ tasks) stored in Microsoft Outlook’s folder (depending on the folder you have selected in the Organiser Profile) into OneVoice. b) When upload operation is performed, Outlook will overwrite OneVoice if the information is the same. Otherwise, information stored in Outlook will be added to OneVoice. c) During upload operation, you will be asked to select any 1 of the duplicate information found in the Outlook and choose to/not to delete the rest of the duplicate information in Outlook. When upload operation is performed, Outlook will overwrite OneVoice if the information is the same.
