Value Added Services - Remote Command

With Remote Command, you can direct your calls to anywhere from anywhere. All you need to do is go to any phone and activate/deactivate your call transfer, selective transfer, do-not-disturb and collect call screen.

How Remote Command Works?

Access the Remote Command System

STEP 1	Call 6836 3636 or +65 6836 3636 (To call from Oversea).
STEP 2	Press 2
STEP 3	Key in your registered telephone number followed by #
STEP 4	Enter your 5-digit PIN followed by #
STEP 5	Select one from any of the following options.
	Call Transfer Selective Transfer Collect Call Screen Do Not Disturb

Call Transfer

STEP 1	Access the Remote Command System
STEP 2	Press 1
STEP 3	To activate, press 1
STEP 4	To deactivate, press 2

To Activate

STEP 4	Enter the number you want your calls to be transferred to, followed by #
STEP 5	To confirm, press 1
	To change, press 2 and repeat Step 4

STEP 1	Access Remote Command System
STEP 2	Press 2
STEP 3	To activate, press 1
	To deactivate, press 2
	To program, press 3
	To delete, press 4

STEP 4	Enter the number you want your calls to be transferred to, followed by #

To Programme

STEP 4	Enter 2-digit number you wish to programme, followed by #
STEP 5	Enter the number you wish to programme, followed by #
STEP 6	To confirm, press 1
	To change, press 2 and repeat Step 5
STEP 7	To programme another number, press 1 and repeat Step 4
	To end, press 2

To Delete

STEP 4	Enter 2-digit number position you wish to delete, followed by #
STEP 5	To delete another number, press 1 and repeat Step 4
	To end, press 2

Change Your PIN

STEP 1	Key #880 old pin * new pin * new pin #
STEP 2	Wait for the acceptance tone, indicating that the new PIN has been activated
STEP 3	Replace handset
