- Selective transfer will not re-direct your programmed incoming calls to a phone number that has already been activated with Call Transfer.
- To remind you that Selective Transfer is activated, you will hear the acceptance tone when you lift the handset. This will last 4 to 5 seconds before you hear the normal dial tone.
- Selective Transfer cannot be used if your phone is placed on the nuisance call tracing service.
- An existing programmed phone number is automatically cancelled when a new number is programmed with the same 2-digit code.
Before transferring calls to another phone number, you are requested to seek consent from the person whose phone you are transferring your call to. If the person whose phone you are using writes to Singapore Telecom to reject transferred calls, Singapore Telecom reserves the right to deactivate the Selective Transfer.
